How we use your information

For ordinary online bookings, our secure booking provider collects your contact and appointment information during the booking step. When you request heavy-buildup pricing, we collect the details needed to review the vehicle and respond: your name, phone number, ZIP code, vehicle year, make and model, condition description, service selections, requested upgrades, and an optional email address. You may also upload vehicle photos.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review the vehicle’s condition, explain pricing, answer questions, coordinate an appointment, and understand which advertising brought a request to us. We do not sell the information submitted through this form.

We use service providers for website hosting, secure photo storage, and owner email notifications. Those providers process request information only as needed to operate these services.

Vehicle photos

Uploaded photos are attached to your detailing request so our team can review visible buildup and prepare a more accurate quote. Avoid including people, license documents, payment cards, house numbers, or other sensitive information in the frame.

How long we keep it

We keep request details and photos only as long as they are reasonably useful for customer service, scheduling, recordkeeping, or resolving a question about the work. You may ask us to delete a request when we no longer need it for those purposes.

Your choices
